Since 2005

The Fogón Restaurant was founded in 2005 after a hospitality career spanning over 35 years. No doubt the experience accumulated over all these years is responsible for that is our local landmark in the area.

With the acquisition and opening of Fogón begins the second family generation, the whole experience in the hands of young and eager to work to offer the best service people.

Tradition and Heritage

It all started in the 60s when Justino Diaz undertook without hesitation a path that led him neither more nor less than “Spanish Tavern” a local food and Spanish tradition located in New Jersey, USA.

After many years of profession Justino returned to Spain to successfully apply their knowledge inaugurating the mythical “Meson el Churrasco” (1982) and later after good public acceptance, opened “El Meson del ribeye” (1989) Both concerning the good food.
